Since he was young, Landon has loved all things spooky. He devoured the Goosebumps series as a kid, and once gave a speech to his seventh-grade class on the 1961 abduction of Barney and Betty Hill. Today he keeps those traditions alive through his continued consumption of horror in all its mediums and creating his own stories. Other than the work of R. L. Stine, Landon has found inspiration in the works of Algernon Blackwood and Shirley Jackson among many others too numerous to list.

Despite the nature of the subject matter he deals with, Landon's existence is a far cry from horrific. He lives in Alberta, Canada with his wife and children. When he isn’t neck-deep in all this horror stuff or working, Landon loves playing with his kids, playing board games with his wife while drinking tea and eating popcorn, and playing video games.
